Visa programs and pathways

What is the Chancenkarte (Opportunity Card)? +

The Chancenkarte is a points-based opportunity card Germany launched in 2024 that allows skilled non-EU professionals to enter Germany for up to one year to search for a job, without needing a job offer in advance. Points are awarded based on education, work experience, age, language skills, and prior stays in Germany.

What is the difference between Chancenkarte and EU Blue Card? +

The Chancenkarte lets you enter Germany to search for a job, no offer required. The EU Blue Card requires a confirmed job offer with a minimum salary (€45,300, or €41,041.80 for shortage occupations) and grants direct work and residence rights with fast-track permanent residency. We help you decide which fits your profile.

Can I apply for the US Green Card from outside the United States? +

Yes. The most common pathways for foreign nationals are employment-based (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW), family-based, and investment-based green cards. The EB-2 National Interest Waiver and EB-1A Extraordinary Ability categories allow self-petitioning without a US employer sponsor, which makes them especially popular for skilled professionals and researchers.

What is EB-2 NIW and how is it different from EB-1A? +

EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) is for professionals whose work substantially benefits the US national interest. EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability) is for people who can show sustained national or international acclaim in their field. EB-1A has a higher bar but faster processing and direct priority. Both allow self-petitioning without a sponsor.

Do you handle Digital Nomad Visas? +

Yes. We support Digital Nomad Visa applications for several countries, including Portugal, Spain, Estonia, and others. These visas are designed for remote workers and freelancers with stable income from outside the country, and typically require proof of income, health insurance, and a clean background.

What countries do you support for entrepreneur and business visas? +

For business setup and entrepreneur visas, we support Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Portugal in the EU. Each country offers different advantages, from Estonia’s e-Residency program to Portugal’s tax benefits and Bulgaria’s low corporate tax rates.

Jobs and recruitment

Do you have current job openings in Germany? +

Yes. We currently have around 610 active openings in Germany across warehouse jobs (300 positions), cleaners (150), construction workers (85), and production staff (75). We also have over 2060 positions across Belgium, Finland, Italy, Lithuania, and Portugal for various roles.

Is accommodation provided for general labour jobs? +

Yes. For all four German general labour categories (warehouse, cleaners, construction, production), accommodation is provided by the employer. The exact arrangement varies, typically a shared or private room close to the workplace at a subsidized rate deducted from your salary.

Do I need to speak German for these jobs? +

For general labour positions, basic English is enough at the start. You will need to be willing to learn basic German after arrival. For professional and healthcare roles, German or English at B2 level is typically required depending on the country and role.

Which countries do you place healthcare professionals in? +

We specialize in placing healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, allied health staff) in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. We handle both job placement with reputable employers and licensing guidance to obtain the right to practice in your new country.

Can my family relocate with me when I take a job abroad? +

Yes, in most cases. Family reunification is available for most work permit categories, allowing your spouse and children to join you. Spouses are typically allowed to work, and children receive access to local public schooling. We support the family permit process alongside your own application.

Are the salaries quoted on your site before or after tax? +

All salaries on our site are gross figures, meaning before taxes and social contributions. Net take home pay typically lands around 65 to 75 percent of the gross figure after income tax, health insurance, and pension contributions, depending on the country and your personal situation.

Category 04

Study abroad

Which countries do you assist with student visas? +

Our study abroad collaborations span the European Union (Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Estonia, Lithuania, and more), the USA, South America, and non-EU European countries (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Northern Cyprus, Russia, and Turkey).

Do you help with university applications and admissions? +

Yes. We provide end-to-end support: shortlisting suitable universities and programs, preparing your application package, drafting statements of purpose, handling visa paperwork, and helping with pre-departure arrangements like accommodation and travel.

Are scholarships available for international students? +

Yes, many. We help you identify and apply for scholarships from your destination country’s government (DAAD for Germany, Erasmus+ for the EU, Chevening for the UK), individual universities, and private foundations. Eligibility depends on your country of origin, field of study, and academic record.

What is the typical timeline for a study abroad application? +

For most European destinations, plan 6 to 12 months ahead of your intended start date. The university application itself takes 2 to 4 months for review, and student visas typically take another 1 to 3 months once you have an admission letter. Starting early gives you the best chance.

Can I work part time while studying abroad? +

Yes, in most countries. The EU generally allows international students to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and full time during holidays. Rules vary by country, so we walk you through what is allowed in your destination during the planning stage.

Category 05

Process and documents

What documents do I need to start an application? +

The starting set is usually a valid passport, recent CV, educational certificates, work experience letters, and a recent photograph. Depending on the program, we may also need language certificates, professional licenses, police clearance, and proof of funds. We send you a personalized checklist after your first consultation.

How long does the visa process take? +

It varies by program and destination. General labour jobs in Germany: 3 to 4 months. Healthcare migration to Scandinavia: 9 to 18 months. Chancenkarte: 2 to 3 months. EU Blue Card: 2 to 4 months. EB-1A with premium processing: 15 days plus visa availability. We give you a realistic timeline upfront based on your specific case.

Do you help with document translation and apostille? +

Yes. We coordinate certified translations and apostille services for all required documents. You send us your originals or scans, we handle the rest. Costs for translation and apostille are billed separately based on document volume and target language.

How do you communicate with clients during the process? +

We use a mix of email, WhatsApp, and scheduled video calls. You will have a dedicated case manager who keeps you updated at every milestone. Our standard commitment is to acknowledge every email within 24 business hours and respond substantively as soon as we have an update.

What happens if my visa application gets refused? +

We analyze the refusal grounds, advise on whether to appeal or reapply, and help prepare a stronger second attempt where possible. Many refusals are due to documentation issues that can be remedied. Our team only takes on cases we believe in, which is why our success rate stays high.

Category 06

Fees and refunds

How much do your services cost? +

Our pricing depends on the service and complexity of your case. We believe in transparency as our motto, so we share a clear fee structure upfront with no hidden charges. The first consultation is always free, after which we provide a detailed quote tailored to your case.

Do you offer a free initial consultation? +

Yes. The first conversation is free and obligation free. We assess your profile, recommend the most realistic pathways, and outline timeline and costs. You walk away with clear next steps whether you choose to work with us or not.

Do you offer payment plans? +

Yes. For most service packages we offer milestone-based payments split across the case lifecycle (initial filing, response to queries, final approval). This keeps costs manageable and aligns our incentives with your case progressing successfully.

What is your refund policy? +

Refund eligibility depends on the service stage and the reason. Government filing fees and third-party costs (translation, apostille, visa fees) are non-refundable once paid. Our service fees follow a defined refund policy that we share before you sign. The full policy is published on our website under Refund Policy.

Are government fees and third-party costs included in your quote? +

No. Our service fees are separate from government filing fees, visa fees, document translations, apostilles, medical exam fees, and similar third-party costs. We list these clearly in your quote so you can budget the full journey, not just our part.
