As a Project Manager (m/f/d) at Proact Deutschland GmbH, you are the central interface between technology, customer, and team – the "spider in the web" who brings people together and drives projects to success through smart communication.
A JOB WITH IMPACT.
You plan and lead IT infrastructure and cloud projects, e.g. transition, storage, virtualization, and network projects.
You independently manage medium and large projects of varying complexity.
You conduct project workshops.
You take responsibility for resource, budget, and schedule planning as part of project controlling.
You prepare and lead meetings, jour fixes, and reports.
You analyze requirements and derive appropriate measures from them.
You ensure that project goals are achieved.
You are the central point of contact in projects and are responsible for stakeholder and escalation management.
You support the sales phase by presenting the transition methodology as well as its associated planning and control.
YOUR TALENT FOR SUCCESS.
You have completed IT-relevant vocational training, a degree in an IT-related field, or comparable professional experience in IT project management.
You bring several years of professional experience leading IT projects, along with comprehensive knowledge of project control and reporting.
You hold a certification in project management, e.g. PRINCE2.
You have experience working with service providers, partners, and customers.
You are convincing through your strong customer orientation and your very good German and English skills.
You stand out through your planning and organizational talent as well as a highly structured way of working.
You ideally already have experience in the areas of transition, IT infrastructure, storage, virtualization, and networking.

The workplace is one of our locations in Nuremberg, Cologne, Mainz, or Ense. Home office is also possible with willingness to travel. The position is permanent and full-time.
