Employment type: Part-time, working student (12–20 hours/week)

Compensation: €15.00 – €18.00 per hour + commission/bonus for agreed appointments

Our three-person team works remotely and on-site in Bonn and Berlin. With us, you won’t find dusty files, but rather digital processes and a dynamic, growing environment. We are currently seeking support in Inside Sales for our Berlin-Mitte office. You will be the voice on the phone and simultaneously drive our digital visibility.

Your tasks

• Cold calling and appointment scheduling: You specifically approach potential business clients and creatives from the media industry, generate enthusiasm for our concepts and arrange binding initial appointments for the agency owner.
• Social Media Development: You independently plan, create and manage our social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram) to build trust in the target group and digitally support telephone acquisition.
• Sales testing: You optimize your communication on the phone and online, test new lines of argumentation and help us to efficiently develop new customer channels.
• Website & Content Maintenance: You will help build and maintain our new homepage so that leads from the phone immediately get a professional impression.
• Customer contact & CRM data maintenance: You are the first point of contact for telephone customer inquiries and independently document your results in our customer database.

Your profile

• Language skills: Native-level German (C2) is a mandatory requirement for daily customer communication by telephone.
• Acquisition mentality: You have absolutely no fear of the telephone. Cold calling motivates you, and you remain professional and charming even when faced with a “no” on the phone.
• Studies: You are a registered student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration (BWL), marketing, communication, media studies or a comparable subject area.
• Online affinity: You have experience in social media marketing and ideally some initial insights into website tools (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Wix).
• Work style: You work very independently and reliably. Since you mostly work autonomously on-site in the Berlin office, you thrive in individual work.
