Approx. 5.8 hours per week | Permanent position | Starting as soon as possible

Do you want to support people in their daily lives and are looking for a meaningful part-time job in outpatient care? Then become part of our team!

We are looking for two reliable part-time staff members (m/f/d) for the Eva-von-Tiele-Winckler-Haus to start as soon as possible. You will support our clients approximately every other weekend and on public holidays. No nursing qualifications are required – career changers are also very welcome.

• Remuneration according to AVR-DD in pay group 2 – or according to BAT KF
  • Max. €602.00 gross/monthly
• Surcharges for weekend and holiday shifts

This is what you can expect

• They accompany our clients on walks, shopping trips, church visits, excursions and other educational activities.
• They provide support with basic care – primarily through guidance, motivation and practical assistance.
• They assist our clients with everyday tasks, such as room cleaning and table service.
• They help with the preparation and serving of meals.
• They give their time, listen, and support our residents in communication and social participation.

What you bring with you

• Enjoyment in accompanying and supporting people
• Empathy and an appreciative attitude
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work approximately every other weekend and on public holidays
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Ideally, some experience in caregiving, support or daily living assistance – however, this is not a requirement.

No formal nursing training is required. Career changers are also very welcome.
