American Studies/Anglais (German/French Course)

The Bachelor of Arts in American Studies/Anglais is a full-time undergraduate international degree programme based in Mainz, with a standard duration of 6 semesters. Study Structure and Admission

The teaching qualification subject American Studies/Anglais can only be studied in combination with French/Lettres modernes in the German-French degree course. The programme has no admission restriction. Applicants must demonstrate French proficiency, either through five years of school education with a sufficient grade, a CEFR B2 French certificate, a language test, DELF B2, a French-speaking higher education entrance qualification, or an Abi-Bac. Students must also have very good active and passive English language skills sufficient to complete written and oral examinations in English.
