Overview and Admission

The Fashion Design Bachelor’s degree is a 7-semester undergraduate program in Berlin, taught in English and focused on fashion, design, trend research, pattern making, textile technology, production techniques, textile materials, fashion history, marketing, and theory. The program combines practical, artistic, and theoretical learning, with an internship, industry cooperation, and opportunities to develop creative, technical, and interdisciplinary skills for the international fashion industry.

Admission and Application

Admission is without restriction. Applicants need a general higher education entrance qualification or entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences, together with a positive outcome of the selection procedure. There are no application deadlines for German, EU, or non-EU applicants, although special aptitude or qualification assessment procedures may apply. Enrollment should be confirmed with an academic advisor.
