Biomedical Chemistry

The Biomedical Chemistry program is a consecutive Master of Science degree designed to provide advanced scientific knowledge across Biology, Biochemistry, Medicine, Pharmacy, and Chemistry. The program covers areas including biochemistry, organic chemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry and biology, natural materials, radiopharmaceutical chemistry, toxicology, immunology, physical and theoretical chemistry, molecular and macromolecular chemistry, and analytics. The standard period of study is 4 semesters, with English as the main language of instruction and German as an additional language.

The program admits students for both the Summer and Winter semesters and has no admission restriction. For the Summer Semester, applications are accepted from 09/11 to 03/01 for German, EU, and non-EU applicants. Applicants whose Bachelor certificate is not yet available may apply with at least 135 credit points and the required academic documentation. International qualifications require an officially authenticated recognition certificate.
