The Joint Master’s in European Studies offers an interdisciplinary approach to understanding Europe’s role in a rapidly changing global environment. The programme is jointly delivered by Vilnius University, the University of Granada, the University of Graz, and Leipzig University, providing students with a transnational learning experience and opportunities for academic mobility across Europe.
Students explore Europeanisation and globalisation, EU institutions, European neighbourhoods, relations between EU and non-EU states, and the impact of global politics on Europe. The curriculum combines political science and international relations, sociology, economics and political economy, law, and cultural and regional studies. Research-based learning and mobility opportunities help develop analytical and soft skills relevant to academic, policy, and professional careers.
