Programme Overview

The International Business Master’s programme at Kaunas University of Technology prepares students for leadership and management roles in an increasingly interconnected global economy. The programme develops advanced knowledge of international business management, global markets, competitiveness, strategic decision-making, finance, innovation, and multicultural business environments. It is delivered by KTU’s AACSB-accredited School of Economics and Business.

Programme Structure and Career Opportunities

Students develop expertise in international market analysis, strategic and corporate management, global logistics, international business law, competitiveness assessment, financial analysis, and business model innovation. Practical learning includes applied case studies, project-based learning, and practice-oriented coursework. Students can participate in Erasmus+ mobility and have the opportunity to pursue a double degree with the University of Insubria in Italy. Graduates can work in international companies, public and private organisations, or continue to doctoral studies.

Admission Requirements

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Public Management or Social Sciences, including at least 12 credits in business, public management, or social sciences. English proficiency requires IELTS ≥ 6.0, TOEFL ≥ 85, CEFR ≥ C1, or previously completed studies in English.
