The Organizational Resilience and Innovation programme at SMK College of Applied Sciences is a 3-year full-time bachelor’s college programme focused on sustainable business operations, organizational resilience, innovation, technology, and data-driven decision-making. Students study areas including supply chain management, green logistics, circular economy, ESG and responsible business, business data analytics, sustainable finance, project management, digital marketing, international business law, management, accounting, human resources, and the use of analytical and artificial intelligence tools. The programme is offered in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda.
The programme prepares graduates for roles such as organizational resilience and risk management specialist, ESG specialist, circular economy project manager, supply chain or operations manager, business development consultant, CSR coordinator, data analyst, digital process optimization specialist, and risk or cyber resilience coordinator. Tuition is €2,850 per year for EU citizens and €3,800 per year for non-EU citizens. Applications are available throughout the year, with autumn and spring intake deadlines specified below. English proficiency can be demonstrated through qualifications including IELTS 5.5+, TOEFL 69+, FCE/CAE, LanguageCert IESOL B2+, PTE Academic 59+, or Duolingo English Test 100+.
