Organizational Management

The Organizational Management programme at Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution is a full-time 3-year Bachelor’s programme delivered in English at the Alytus Faculty. The programme covers business and public management, organizational processes, contemporary management principles, human resource management, communication, sustainability, logistics, and related business administration subjects. Students complete 180 ECTS across six semesters and are awarded a Professional Bachelor of Business Management qualification.

The programme includes internships, a final thesis, and opportunities for international study at higher education institutions in several countries. Tuition is €2,750 for both EU and non-EU citizens. Applicants must submit the required educational documents, passport or ID, motivation letter, reference, and proof of English proficiency meeting the stated minimum scores or pass the institution’s B2-level English test.
