The Master’s program in Public Policy at European Humanities University focuses on the needs of modern society, European integration, political analysis, public administration, and contemporary theories of democracy and civil society. Developed jointly with the Faculty of Public Administration of the University of Leiden in the Netherlands, the program combines in-depth theoretical preparation with a practical orientation and training from experts in political analysis and public administration. Students study public policy analysis and implementation, public administration, social research methods, comparative public policy, civic engagement, political communication, and project management.
The full-time program lasts 1.5 years and comprises 90–96 ECTS credits. The languages of instruction are Russian and English. Admission requires a Bachelor’s degree and English proficiency at B2 level or higher, which can be demonstrated through an Advanced Speech Test, TOEFL/IELTS certificates, or, for EHU Bachelor’s graduates, a qualifying English grade of 8 or higher. Applicants must also submit the required documents, complete an online application, and pass an online interview.
