The Finance study programme at Klaipėdos valstybinė kolegija (KVK) is a full-time bachelor’s-level college programme focused on developing analytical and practical skills for financial management. Students develop competencies in financial statement analysis, economic and financial activity assessment, investment project preparation, taxation and statistical reporting, financing and investment decisions, and the use of computerized business management systems. Specializations allow students to deepen their knowledge in taxation and tax administration, internal audit, or investment management. The programme is delivered offline and in English, with skills developed through a combination of company practice and studies at KVK.

The programme has a study duration of 3 years and a tuition fee of €2,750 for both EU and non-EU citizens. Applicants must demonstrate at least English B1 proficiency, with accepted examples including IELTS 4.5–5.0 and TOEFL iBT 42–71. The application requires secondary education documents, a passport copy, motivation statement, recommendation, proof of the €120 non-refundable application fee, and other specified documents. The application deadline is 16 May, with studies starting on 1 September.
