Hotel and Restaurant Business

The Hotel and Restaurant Business programme is a full-time professional Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies offered by the Faculty of Business Management at Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution. The programme lasts 3 years and comprises 180 credits, leading to a Professional Bachelor of Business Administration qualification. It focuses on business management and hospitality operations, including accommodation and catering services, economics, marketing, management, communication, hospitality projects, internships, and a final thesis.

The programme is designed to develop practical skills in hospitality business management, including applying management principles, using modern technologies, analysing business data, managing hospitality processes, organising events and catering services, and communicating professionally. Graduates may pursue roles such as hotel and restaurant assistant managers, receptionists, sales or booking managers, event and conference planners, or hospitality enterprise managers. Admission requires secondary education or an equivalent qualification giving access to higher education in Lithuania, successful completion of a mathematics examination, and English proficiency at B2 level. All applicants must take an English proficiency exam consisting of a written test and an interview.
