The Software Engineering program at Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution is a full-time college-level Bachelor’s program in the Computing field, leading to a Professional Bachelor of Computing qualification. The program lasts 3.5 years and comprises 210 credits. It covers software engineering, programming, algorithms and data structures, databases, information systems, web services, information security, artificial intelligence, software testing, project management, and practical software development. Students can also pursue specializations in Database Systems, Internet Technologies, or Smart Device Programming.

The program starts on 1 September, with an application deadline of 30 June. Tuition is €0 for EU citizens and €3,800 for non-EU citizens. Admission requires secondary education or an equivalent qualification giving access to higher education in Lithuania, successful completion of a mathematics examination, and English proficiency at B2 level according to CEFR. All applicants must take an English proficiency examination consisting of a written test and an interview. Graduates can pursue careers in software systems development, including software design, programming, testing, and support.
