The Management of Tourism Services is a 3-year full-time Bachelor’s college study programme at Utenos kolegija / Higher Education Institution, leading to a Professional Bachelor of Business Management. The programme focuses on tourism and hospitality services, combining theoretical knowledge with practical training through the institution’s Training Hospitality Centre, which includes hotel rooms, a training kitchen, training bar, reception, and modern technologies. Students can also undertake practical training in hotels abroad, participate in exchange studies, develop skills through imitation companies, and work with specialised tourism-business software such as Rezervation Partner, Presta, and Amadeus.

The programme prepares graduates for careers in hotels and other accommodation establishments, catering companies, travel companies, tourism information centres, protected-area visitor centres, entertainment and event companies, government tourism and recreation departments, and other tourism-service organisations. The studies also provide knowledge relevant to establishing and managing a tourism business. The application deadline is 15 September, with studies starting on 1 February. Tuition is €2,224 for both EU and non-EU citizens.
