The Management of Organizations bachelor’s programme at Klaipėdos valstybinė kolegija provides theoretical knowledge in management alongside practical skills for administrative and managerial roles in organizations. The programme focuses on information and document management, company and institutional administration, coordination of activities, staff motivation, image administration, and management of material and financial resources. Studies combine theoretical and practical subjects, with practice opportunities in the Western Lithuania region and abroad through Erasmus+.

The programme is delivered full-time and offline over 3 years. Tuition is €2,750 for both EU and non-EU citizens. Applicants must provide secondary education documents, a motivation statement, passport copy, recommendation, application fee payment proof, and an accepted English proficiency certificate. The required English level is at least B1, with accepted examples including IELTS 4.5–5.0 and TOEFL iBT 42–71. The programme starts on 1 September, with an application deadline stated as 16 May.
