The Photography study programme at Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution is a full-time, 3-year (6-semester, 180 ECTS) programme in Media Arts taught in English at the Faculty of Arts and Education. It develops professional photography skills across traditional, alternative, and digital photography, while strengthening aesthetic perception, critical and creative thinking, communication, artistic research, project management, and entrepreneurship. Graduates are prepared for freelance photography, photography businesses, and professional roles in media, fashion, advertising, galleries, museums, cinematography, and videography.
The programme awards a Professional Bachelor in Arts. Tuition is €4,680, and applicants must provide academic documents, a motivational letter, at least one reference, and an accepted English proficiency certificate such as IELTS ≥5.5, TOEFL ≥75, EnglishScore ≥400, or PTE ≥59. Applicants without proof may take the institution’s English test at B2 level for €45 during the admission period. A portfolio is mandatory for Photography applicants.
