Construction Management is a Master’s programme at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) focused on managing modern construction processes through digital technologies, project management, sustainability, and research-based learning. The programme prepares students to coordinate construction projects from planning to completion while developing skills in Building Information Modelling (BIM), geo-information technologies, data analytics, machine learning, construction law, contracts, logistics, quality management, and life-cycle assessment.
The programme is completed full-time in 1.5 years. Tuition is €5,641 for both EU and non-EU citizens. Students can gain practical experience through real client challenges, research projects, internships, international exchange programmes, ECIU activities, and a Master’s final project. Admission requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, energy engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, or architecture. English proficiency requires IELTS ≥ 6.0, TOEFL ≥ 85, CEFR ≥ C1, or previously completed studies in English.
