Technical Computer Science

The Bachelor’s programme in Technical Computer Science at the University of Twente provides a broad technical education in computer science, covering programming, networking, systems, databases, artificial intelligence, and security. Mathematics forms the foundation of the programme, while students develop an understanding of the devices, services, and processes used to exchange, process, and store information.

The programme is taught in English and leads to a Bachelor of Science with 180 ECTS credits over 3 years. Students also develop professional and personal skills through collaboration with experts from different disciplines and nationalities. Graduates can pursue careers in international business, finance, ICT, research, and consultancy. For 2026/2027, tuition is €2,694 per year for EU/EEA students and €16,400 per year for Non-EU/EEA and institutional students. The programme is accredited by NVAO.
