Management of Cultural Diversity

Management of Cultural Diversity is a Master of Arts track within the MA Culture Studies at Tilburg University. The program focuses on managing cultural diversity within companies and organizations, with topics including multilingualism, gender inequality, and intercultural competences. Program Details

The program is taught in English and has a duration of 1 year, comprising 60 ECTS credits. For 2026/2027, tuition is €2,694 for EU/EEA students and €19,900 for Non-EU/EEA students. English language requirements include Cambridge C1, Cambridge C2, IELTS 6.5 overall with at least 6 in each component, or TOEFL internet-based 90.
