Public Governance & Strategy is a one-year Master of Science programme at Tilburg University that combines public administration, economics, and law. It examines complex public challenges such as climate change and energy transition, refugee crises, transnational organised crime, and urban inequality, with a focus on developing innovative approaches to governance at both local and global levels.
The programme is taught in English and comprises 60 ECTS credits. It provides an interdisciplinary foundation for careers in government and the private sector in the Netherlands or internationally. English-language requirements include IELTS 6.5 overall with at least 6.0 in each component, TOEFL iBT 90, Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English C1, or Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English C2.
