FRIGOVENETA SPA is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant (m/f) for its facility in Villa Bartolomea (Vr). The position is full-time, performed in person, and available on a fixed-term or indefinite-period contract under the CCNL CONFIMI Mechanical Engineering Company, with 13 months’ salary.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will support the operational and administrative management of warehouse logistics, construction site logistics, and external subcontracting activities. Responsibilities include managing equipment and vehicle rentals, monitoring inbound and outbound transportation and shipments, checking invoiced logistics costs, supporting construction-site waste management, coordinating component shipments to subcontractors, and monitoring the return of semi-finished products.
The role also includes supporting warehouse team leaders and operators, working with suppliers and carriers to resolve daily operational issues, and assisting with continuous-improvement projects through data collection, KPI monitoring, process analysis, and feasibility studies.
Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a structured industrial or construction environment, a high school diploma, knowledge of warehouse, transport, and construction-site logistics processes, strong organizational and analytical skills, and good communication and teamwork abilities.
The salary is €24,000–€28,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a structured, industrial, or construction site environment
- High school diploma, preferably in a technical or economic field
- Knowledge of main warehouse management, transport, and construction site logistics processes
- Organization and precision
- Ability to analyze situations and establish priorities
- Ability to effectively manage emergencies
- Strong aptitude for practical problem solving
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team
- Post-diploma or three-year degree program in Logistics & Supply Chain is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other leading ERP solutions is a plus
- Knowledge of WMS systems and automated vertical warehouses, particularly Modula, is a plus
- English language at least level B2, written and spoken, is a plus
- Residence in the areas surrounding the company headquarters is a plus
