Water Network Technician-Conty, France

Job Description

LHOTELLIER is recruiting a Water Network Technician (M/F) in Conty. Working as part of a field team alongside the site manager, the technician will contribute to projects involving drinking water and wastewater networks, including installation, repair, renewal, and maintenance work.

Daily responsibilities include carrying out excavation work for connections and new networks, operating small construction equipment, repairing leaks in water networks, connections, and water meters, and handling materials and equipment. The role also involves cleaning, organizing, and securing work areas, completing site reports, maintaining intervention traceability, and participating in an on-call service organized on a rotating basis.

Candidates should have experience in drinking water, sanitation, water and sewer systems, or public works. Knowledge of excavation techniques and an interest in outdoor fieldwork are required. An AIPR certificate and BE driving licence are specified, while a heavy goods vehicle (C) licence and CACES mini-excavator certification are significant assets. Availability for occasional on-call shifts is also required.

The position is offered on a permanent contract. Salary is to be defined according to profile.
