Job Description
LES JONQUILLES RESIDENCE is recruiting a Caregiver for a permanent, full-time position in Saint-Amant-de-Boixe, France. The role is based in a bright, single-storey residence with patios and wooded parks.
The caregiver works collaboratively with nurses, the head nurse, coordinating physician, psychologist, and Director. Alongside the technical aspects of care, the position focuses on attentive support for residents, including emotional support, compassion, active listening, and building a climate of trust with residents and their families.
Communication between departments is emphasized to support residents’ comfort and well-being. The role also includes participation in the social life of the establishment through outings, activities, and the mini-farm project.
The residence provides internal training, recognition of prior service, a SEGUR regularization, end-of-year gift vouchers, and meals prepared on site.
Requirements
- Caregiver duties (AS).
- Attentive listening and compassion toward residents.
- Ability to establish a climate of trust with residents and their families.
- Collaborative work with healthcare and establishment staff.
