CHC FOOD SERVICE SRL Job Description
CHC FOOD SERVICE SRL is recruiting a Chef de Rang for a full-time, indefinite-period position in Trieste, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The role is connected to the opening of a new 4-star boutique hotel in January 2027, affiliated with IHG Hotels & Resorts.
The new property will be located in a historic building and is planned to include 100 rooms, two meeting rooms, a restaurant, and an all-day bar. The catering team is part of the CHC Group, an established Italian hotel group whose catering division manages services across 11 properties and focuses on staff training and development.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong propensity for quality service and attention to detail. Previous experience in hotels of a similar category is appreciated, and excellent English is required. The advertised salary is €1,187.63–€2,312.46 per month. The position includes corporate agreements and a company canteen and is performed in person.
