Xaver Lüönd AG is seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Staff Member for a part-time position at its production facility in Seewen, Schwyz, Switzerland. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in production areas and restrooms while ensuring that cleaning standards and schedules are followed.

Responsibilities include independent cleaning, cleaning equipment, dishes, crates, and other items, following assigned cleaning schedules and checklists, and complying with hygiene and cleaning guidelines.

Applicants must have at least one year of cleaning experience and German language skills at B1–B2 level. The company is looking for someone with a communicative and open personality, quick comprehension, and a meticulous, independent working style. Flexibility, resilience, initiative, loyalty, teamwork, and a strong commitment to quality are also important.
