BFAecosystem Srl is recruiting a Construction Warehouse Worker for a client company in Romano d’Ezzelino (VI). The position is full-time and is part of the logistics department, with responsibility for the operational management of the warehouse and the movement of materials supporting production and construction-site activities.
The role includes receiving and checking incoming goods, verifying quantities and conformity, unloading vehicles, arranging materials in storage areas, preparing materials for orders, packing and preparing shipments, updating warehouse stock through management software, and participating in periodic inventories. The employee will also support the purchasing office and operations department with materials management and use forklifts and goods-handling equipment according to safety procedures. Maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse is also part of the role.
Candidates with 2–3 years of experience are preferred but this is not mandatory. The employer also considers recent graduates and candidates with their first work experience who are motivated to learn and develop. A forklift licence is required, while forklift and pallet-truck experience is appreciated. Precision, reliability, responsibility, manual skills, and basic PC familiarity are also required.
The stated salary is €24,000–€27,000 gross per year. The contract is fixed-term with the aim of permanent employment.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in the role preferred but not mandatory
- Good manual skills and predisposition for operational work
- Precision, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Familiarity with using the PC
- Immediate availability preferred
- Experience using forklifts and pallet trucks is appreciated
- Possession of a forklift license
- Experience gained in construction contexts is a preferential qualification
- Motivation to learn and grow for candidates with recent diplomas or first work experience
