Junior Chef – Milan

Job Description

PARMIGIANI BEVERAGE SRL is hiring a Junior Chef for a new restaurant opening in Milan, scheduled for November 2026. The position is full-time and available on a fixed-term or indefinite-period contract.

The Junior Chef will support the Chef in the operational management of the kitchen and work directly within the restaurant’s food area. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and management of gastronomic proposals, organizing the kitchen line and supporting service, maintaining the quality and presentation of dishes according to standards, and managing and preparing raw materials.

The role also involves collaborating with the restaurant team during events and activities and supporting the maintenance of order, cleanliness, and compliance with HACCP regulations.

Candidates should have a passion for cooking, a desire for professional growth, good organizational skills, willingness to learn, precision, cleanliness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team. A dynamic, motivated, serious, reliable, and professional attitude is required. Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is appreciated.

The salary is €1,700–€2,200 per month. The company also states that daily meals, training and direct support from the Chef, a production bonus, and growth opportunities are offered.
