Junior Service Manager – Udine

Job Description

Mvs, identified in the job description as Multivendor Service Group, is seeking a Junior Service Manager to strengthen its team at a client’s site, with projects in Udine and its province. The position is full-time and performed in person.

The role involves managing relationships with assigned clients, ensuring compliance with SLAs, monitoring service quality and operational requirements, and supporting the economic performance of services, including responsibility for the related P&L. The Service Manager will also monitor revenues and costs, identify opportunities for service development, coordinate operational activities and teams, and track service performance through KPIs, SLAs, reporting, and governance meetings.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal departments such as Solutions, IT, Purchasing, Finance, and General Management, as well as supporting critical-issue management, escalation, problem solving, and continuous service improvement.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in Service Management, Service Delivery, Project Management, Account Management, or IT Service Management. Knowledge of IT service management processes, SLAs, KPIs, service levels, and governance is required, along with customer relationship and service-performance monitoring skills. A Category B driving licence is also required.

The stated RAL is €28,000–€32,000 per year.
