Job Description

Ortec Group is recruiting a Roadworks Team Leader (M/F) in Orvault. Reporting to the sector manager, the position involves maintenance and repair work on sanitation networks, including wastewater and stormwater systems, both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities include renovating interior and exterior building drainage systems, installing rainwater and wastewater pipes, installing and repairing EU/EP networks, carrying out excavation work using construction equipment or by hand, creating openings or access points for corrective and preventive maintenance, and performing masonry work related to utilities and infrastructure. The team leader will also supervise a team of 1 to 3 maintenance technicians.

The position is offered on a permanent contract with 35 hours per week plus RTT, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. Salary ranges from €25,000 to €29,000 per year, with meal, truck maintenance and seniority bonuses, overtime pay, profit-sharing, employee stock ownership plan bonus, and group health insurance.

A Category B driving licence is essential, while a CACES mini-excavator licence is an asset. Knowledge or experience in building finishing work or Public Works is required.
