Job Description
Alstom is recruiting a Technicien de maintenance Peinture F/H in Crespin. The position is focused on preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with knowledge of automation also required.
The technician will carry out planned preventive maintenance according to established maintenance schedules and update the computerized maintenance management system (GMAO). Responsibilities also include diagnosing and prioritizing breakdowns, performing necessary handling operations, assisting with periodic general inspections of production equipment, addressing blocking issues, and accompanying subcontractors when required. The role also involves checking equipment operation and proposing improvements to increase reliability.
Candidates should have a BAC+2 in Electrotechnics or Electromechanics with at least 5 years of experience, or a BAC with significant experience of at least 10 years in a similar position. Good communication, technical and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and availability for day or 3×8 shifts are required. On-call duties may be necessary. Required authorizations include electrical, forklift, aerial platform, harness, and overhead crane qualifications.
Requirements
- BAC+2 in Electrotechnics preferred or Electromechanics with minimum 5 years of experience
- OR BAC with significant experience of 10 years in a similar position
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance
- Good knowledge of automation
- Ability to use GMAO software
- Ability to read technical plans and electrical/mechanical diagrams
- Breakdown diagnosis and intervention prioritization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and availability for day or 3x8 work
- May be required to perform on-call duties
- No physical contraindications to carrying loads and working at height
