Waiter/Waitress – San Lorenzo al Mare

Job Description

VaLi sas is seeking a Waiter/Waitress for an in-person position in San Lorenzo al Mare (IM), with an expected start date of December 2026. The position is offered on a fixed-term, part-time and on-call basis.

Main responsibilities include welcoming guests, escorting them to their tables, presenting menus and wine or drinks lists, taking orders through handheld or digital systems, and accurately transmitting orders to the kitchen. The role also involves serving food and drinks, responding to guest requests, clearing and setting tables, completing mise en place, handling accounts and cash transactions when required, and coordinating with kitchen staff to support an efficient service flow.

Excellent knowledge of Italian is required, while English is also required. French or German is considered an advantage. Previous experience of at least 1–2 years in a similar restaurant or hotel role is desirable, although highly motivated younger candidates may also be considered. The employer seeks strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer focus, punctuality, and teamwork ability.

The stated salary is €793.62–€2,000.63 per month. The venue does not provide accommodation, so local residence or complete independence in travel is required.
