Abalone Poland Job Description
Abalone Poland is looking for Warehousemen/Sorters for simple warehouse work in Kielce, Poland. Previous experience is not required, and the position is offered under a contract of mandate with shift work.
The main duties include sorting courier parcels, placing parcels on a conveyor belt, checking labels, operating a pallet truck, and preparing completed pallets with shipments for loading. The work follows a night-morning shift of approximately 02:00–08:00, with assignments scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday.
Candidates must be available to work at night and have their own means of transport, as access is possible only by personal transportation. Good physical fitness, manual dexterity, organization, independence, meticulousness, and compliance with occupational health and safety requirements are required. Experience operating a pallet truck is an advantage.
The stated pay is PLN 32.90 gross per hour, plus a bonus of up to PLN 450 gross. The employer also provides implementation training and an implementation programme. The start is stated as immediate.
