The City of Oullins-Pierre-Bénite is recruiting a Youth Leader – CMJ (M/F) to support young people aged 11 to 17 through youth programs, activities and projects. The position is part of the Family Hub and reports to the Director of Youth Mediation.
The role includes managing the 11–17 after-school program, developing outreach activities, welcoming and supporting young people, and helping them develop and carry out their own projects, including methodology, grant applications and budget management. The Youth Leader will also design and lead educational, artistic and recreational activities, organize outings, mini-camps and stays, and contribute to monitoring local youth needs.
A key responsibility is coordinating and facilitating the Youth Council (CMJ), including recruitment campaigns, committees, projects, plenary sessions, meeting minutes and communication with young people and families. The role also involves working with local youth partners and supporting various community youth programs.
Candidates must hold a BPJEPS LTP, DEUST Animation or DEJEPS qualification and have project-management skills, good listening and communication abilities, organizational skills, and proficiency with digital tools.
