The Air Quality Control, Solid Waste and Waste Water Process Engineering (WASTE) program is a full-time Master of Science degree offered at the University of Stuttgart in Stuttgart. The four-semester graduate program focuses on Hydraulic Engineering and Environmental Protection Technology, with a particular focus on Pollution Control Engineering. The program is taught primarily in English, with German also listed as a further language of instruction.
Admission is available for the Winter Semester only, with the application period for the winter semester running from August 1, 2026, to February 15. Very good knowledge of English, demonstrated through a language certificate, is required. Tuition fees are €1,500 per semester for students from non-European countries and €650 per semester for students pursuing a second degree in Baden-Württemberg. The program has no admission restriction.
