The Master of Science in Biochemistry at Goethe University Frankfurt is a 4-semester graduate programme offered in Frankfurt am Main and taught in English. The programme provides advanced study across Cellular & Organismic Biochemistry, Molecular Biochemistry, and Biochemical Methods, with a broad elective area allowing students to select courses according to their interests. Admission requires a relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Biochemistry, a suitable prior specialisation including at least 30 CP of relevant biochemistry and biophysical chemistry content, an experimental Bachelor’s thesis, and at least 200 hours of practical laboratory training.
