The Culinary Arts programme at St. Ignatius of Loyola College is a full-time professional bachelor’s programme in Food Technology, designed to prepare students for professional roles in culinary and food-service industries. The programme develops knowledge of fundamental and advanced food production technology, food safety and quality, food-chain management, nutrition, food business management, banqueting and events catering, and culinary entrepreneurship.
