The Educational Sciences doctoral programme at Tallinn University’s School of Educational Sciences is designed to develop highly qualified university teachers, researchers, and experts in education. The programme supports independent research at an internationally recognized level and covers areas related to education, teacher training, learning, adult education, and teaching.
The programme comprises 240 ECTS credits over 4 years (8 semesters). The language of instruction is Estonian and English. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification and have experience in independent research. Admission requires a CV, a doctoral thesis proposal signed by the prospective supervisor, a recommendation letter from the future supervisor, academic documents, proof of English proficiency, and an identification document.
