The Electronics Engineering Master’s programme at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) prepares students for advanced careers in electronics and emerging technologies. The programme focuses on embedded systems, Internet of Things (IoT), intelligent sensors, microelectronics, signal processing, and modern electronic design, combining advanced theoretical knowledge with practical applications and access to specialised laboratories.
Students develop research and analytical skills for innovative electronic solutions, along with expertise in microelectronics, embedded systems, signal processing, and simulation and design software. Research projects and internships can be completed in collaboration with energy companies or research centres. Graduates can pursue careers in electronics design and embedded systems development, or continue to doctoral-level studies.
Applicants need a Bachelor’s degree in engineering sciences, technologies, mathematical sciences, computer sciences, or physical sciences, with at least 18 credits in electronics engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, informatics, or informatics engineering. English proficiency requires IELTS ≥ 6.0, TOEFL ≥ 85, CEFR ≥ C1, or previous studies completed in English.
