Program Overview

The Engineering Science programme is a part-time degree programme for professionals and distance studies Bachelor of Engineering degree comprising 13 semesters in Schweinfurt. It combines Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Mechatronics. An optional Fast Track allows students to complete the programme in 7 semesters. International students without a German higher education entrance qualification may complete an online preparatory year (Pre-Year) if their secondary school qualification is not recognised as equivalent to the German qualification.

Language, Admission & Fees

The programme has no admission restriction and is offered in the Winter Semester only. English is the main language of instruction. International applicants who require the preparatory year can complete it online before beginning the degree programme. Tuition is EUR 600 per semester for EU citizens and EUR 1,500 per semester for non-EU citizens.
