Fashion and Accessories Design

The Fashion and Accessories Design Bachelor’s programme at Vilnius College of Design focuses on the creative and practical development of clothing, accessories, textile solutions, and visual fashion identity. Over 3 years of full-time study, students develop skills in fashion design processes, including idea generation, trend analysis, concept development, garment construction, pattern making, sewing technologies, draping, material selection, collection development, and presentation. The programme also covers digital fashion, virtual garment creation, brand identity, and sustainable communication.

Students study general design subjects such as design theory and history, visual culture, composition and colour, design methods and research, creative thinking, project development, professional practice, and the final thesis/project.
