The Global Leadership and Strategy Master’s programme at ISM University of Management and Economics is designed to provide practical experience, knowledge, and skills for students who want to develop into strong executives. The programme is suitable for students regardless of their specialty or previous bachelor’s degree, with a focus on preparing graduates for management positions across different industries, including medical and technology sectors.

Programme highlights and structure

The programme offers a practical and internationally oriented learning experience, including a study tour and practice in Silicon Valley, individual mentorship from C-level executives, a global entrepreneurship project, and one-to-one coaching sessions. Studies are structured over 1 year plus a Master’s thesis, with lectures held on business days in the evenings, three times per week. Students also have a double-degree opportunity with Kedge Business School.

Tuition

The programme is offered full-time over 1.5 years. Tuition is €4,600 for EU citizens and €4,900 for non-EU citizens.
