The Information and Cyber Security bachelor’s programme at SMK College of Applied Sciences is designed to prepare information technology professionals to protect information systems, networks, and data, analyze cyber threats, and develop preventive and responsive security solutions. The programme covers areas including programming, data structures and algorithms, operating systems, databases, computer networks, cloud computing, cryptography and data protection, network and application security, cyberattack analysis, malware, artificial intelligence technologies, and organizational information security. Studies are available full-time over 3 years in Vilnius or Kaunas.
The programme prepares graduates for roles such as cybersecurity specialist, information systems security analyst, SOC analyst, digital forensics specialist, penetration tester, information security consultant, and network or systems administrator. Applicants must provide the required educational documents, official recognition of their secondary education qualification, references, and proof of English proficiency, such as IELTS 5.5+, TOEFL 69+, FCE/CAE, LanguageCert IESOL B2+, PTE Academic 59+, or Duolingo English Test 100+. Previous education in English may exempt applicants from submitting separate language proof. The programme has autumn and spring application deadlines of July 1, 2026 and December 1, 2026, respectively.
