Information Systems Engineering

The Information Systems Engineering bachelor’s programme at Utenos kolegija / Higher Education Institution is designed to develop ethically responsible, communicative, creative, and entrepreneurial professionals capable of working with rapidly changing information technologies, products, and services. The programme combines informatics and electronics methods, engineering principles, and technologies for developing and managing secure information systems. Possible specializations include Management of Computer Systems, Management of Internet Projects, and Programming for Mobile Devices.

The full-time programme has a duration of 3 years and includes preparation for professional activities such as computer hardware and software maintenance, local and global network management, information resource management, information systems development, computer network project management, graphics modelling, and mobile-device project management. The application deadline is 23 December, with studies starting on 1 February. Tuition is €3,005, with the same stated fee for EU and non-EU citizens.
