The International Business Administration programme at Estonian Business School (EBS) is a 3-year (180 ECTS), full-time undergraduate programme taught in English and leading to a BA (Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences). The programme prepares students for managerial and specialist careers in international business, combining professional business knowledge with practical studies, teamwork, research, and international learning opportunities.
Students can specialise in Marketing and Communication or Finance and Accounting. The programme develops knowledge in areas including marketing, finance, accounting, management, economics, business law, communication, digital competencies, responsible business management, and strategic leadership. Students also complete internships, and the third year includes an opportunity for an exchange semester through the Erasmus programme.
This specialisation focuses on marketing activities, consumer behaviour, communication, digital marketing, international marketing, professional sales, public relations, branding, and related areas.
This specialisation covers investment management, financial reporting, corporate finance, valuation, risk management, financial communication, and related subjects. The programme is recognised by the CFA Institute, while accounting courses largely correspond with relevant ACCA examination topics.
Applicants need a higher secondary education degree or equivalent qualification, at least 60% of the highest possible GPA, sufficient English proficiency at B2 level, and sufficient mathematics skills. Applicants must demonstrate motivation and argumentation skills, successfully complete an EBS admission interview, and provide at least two references.
