Programme Overview

The Law programme at Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) is a 3-year, full-time Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences programme worth 180 ECTS and taught in English. It combines traditional legal education with contemporary areas including technology law, digital society, European Union law, international law, data protection, cybersecurity law, and business and entrepreneurship.

Programme Structure

The curriculum covers foundations of law and legal theory, constitutional and public international law, European Union law, civil and private international law, data protection, technology law, criminal law, intellectual property, EU internal market and competition law, international humanitarian law, international tax law, internet and consumer protection law, and international sales law.
