The Master Legal Research is a selective, research-focused programme designed for students interested in academia or research-oriented legal careers. Rather than focusing only on what the law is, the programme explores what law does and what it should become, with attention to its social, political, and institutional context.
This Master of Laws is taught in English and takes 2 years (120 ECTS). Students develop advanced legal research and methodological skills, design their own specialization, work closely with experienced academic researchers, and strengthen their analytical and critical thinking. Application requirements are not available in the source. Tuition for 2026/2027 is €2,694 for EU/EEA students, €22,200 for Non-EU/EEA students, and €21,200 for Institutional students.
