What the program is

The Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre (EAMT) offers the doctoral study programme Music and Theatre, which is divided into two branches: Musicology and Artistic Research in Music or Theatre. The Musicology branch is based on academic music research and concludes with the defence of an extensive thesis, while the artistic branch involves an artistic research project, usually consisting of four creative-work presentations and a related written thesis.
