The Oral Hygiene programme is a full-time Bachelor’s-level college study programme in Health Sciences, delivered in English at the Faculty of Medicine of Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution. The programme lasts 3 years (6 semesters, 180 ECTS) and leads to a Professional Bachelor of Health Sciences qualification. It prepares students for professional dental hygiene services, dental health promotion, and practical work in public and private healthcare institutions. The curriculum includes oral anatomy and pathology, infection control, dental materials, clinical dentistry, dental disease prevention, orthodontics, periodontology, patient assessment and oral care, dental radiology, professional internships, and a final thesis.
Tuition is €3,510 for both EU and non-EU citizens. The application deadline is 05/01, and studies start on September 1. Applicants must submit the required educational documents, passport or ID, motivational letter, at least one reference, and proof of English proficiency. Accepted minimum scores are IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 75, EnglishScore 400 (CoreSkills), or PTE 59; alternatively, applicants without accepted proof may take the institution’s B2-level English test for €45 during the admission period.
